Applications, status, and general participation in the Beacon Creator Network — the community connecting creators to brands, products, and commerce opportunities. These terms do not replace an individually signed management, representation, or campaign agreement; where a signed agreement exists, it controls for the engagement it covers.

Creator Journey
These terms distinguish between being considered, applying, being accepted, signing, and being represented. Each stage carries a different meaning — and a different set of obligations.
A creator Beacon may wish to recruit or invite.
A creator who submits an application or formal expression of interest.
A creator approved for some level of network participation.
A creator who enters a written commercial agreement with Beacon.
A creator operating under an applicable written management or representation agreement.
Beacon may reference a prospective / ready-to-invite creator pipeline of approximately 2,000 creators. Being within that pipeline does NOT mean a creator is signed, represented, or actively managed by Beacon. Application does not equal acceptance, and acceptance does not automatically equal representation.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Joining an interest list does not establish representation. Being considered within the prospective creator pipeline does not mean a creator is signed or represented by Beacon. Acceptance into the network is selective and evaluated on fit, readiness, and the compatibility of a creator's work with Beacon's operating model.
Participation in Beacon's commercial creator programs — including TikTok Shop, affiliate commerce, paid campaigns, commerce creator opportunities, formal representation, and commercial compensation — requires that a creator be at least 18 years old and satisfy applicable law, platform rules, program eligibility, and account requirements. Beacon may apply additional program- or platform-specific eligibility standards as necessary for a given opportunity.
By applying, a creator represents that the information submitted is truthful and current; that they own or control the material they submit, or have permission to provide it; that they can legally participate; and that they will comply with applicable platform policies and the rules that govern their conduct.
Creators remain responsible for complying with the terms, community guidelines, and commerce policies of the platforms they use, including applicable branded-content and advertising rules, and with any applicable endorsement and disclosure requirements (for example under the U.S. Federal Trade Commission) for sponsored, gifted, affiliate, or compensated content. Beacon does not advise creators to conceal commercial relationships.
Creators in the network are expected to act authentically and professionally. Conduct that is fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, or harmful — including artificial engagement, impersonation, unauthorized use of others' content, or infringement of intellectual property — is prohibited and may result in removal from the network.
Beacon may immediately suspend or remove a creator from the network for serious matters, including fraud, illegal conduct, credible safety threats, serious harassment, material misrepresentation, fraudulent engagement, serious platform enforcement, major brand-safety violations, or conduct creating a material risk to Beacon, brands, sellers, creators, or audiences. For less severe and reasonably curable matters, Beacon will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to correct the issue where appropriate.
Joining the Beacon Creator Network does not guarantee campaigns, brand deals, samples, commissions, LIVE access, traffic, followers, revenue, monetization, or platform privileges. Opportunities depend on many factors outside Beacon's control, including platform decisions and brand requirements.
Any compensation — commission, flat fee, affiliate percentage, bonus, or revenue share — must be established in the applicable written campaign or creator agreement. Nothing in these general network terms creates or implies specific compensation terms.
General participation in the network does not grant Beacon an unlimited or perpetual license to a creator's content. Campaign-, product-, or project-specific licensing, where relevant, should be stated clearly in the applicable agreement for that engagement.
Unless expressly granted in a written agreement, Beacon does not obtain advertising or commercial rights to a creator's name, image, likeness, voice, or content. Public marketing or case-study use requires creator consent or rights established by an applicable written agreement. Operational or internal use reasonably necessary to evaluate or administer participation may be permitted.
General participation in the network does not by itself create an employment, partnership, or joint-venture relationship with Beacon. Any actual agency, representation, or management relationship should be controlled by a separate written agreement.

These Creator Network Terms are general participation terms and do not replace an individually negotiated contract. Where an applicable signed Creator, Campaign, Management, Statement of Work, or other commercial agreement contains different campaign-specific provisions, that written agreement controls for the engagement it covers.
